Returns &Exchanges We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Tummies to Tots. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want. All returns may be made via mail or in our store; whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition and in original packaging may be returned with your packing slip up to 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund or store credit(less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned after14 days and under 30 days from the date of shipping may be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a Tummies to Tots credit/gift card. Please advise if you would like your credit/gift card activated online or mailed to the address provided.
Return Policy Exceptions: All purchases made of personalized, special-order and sale items are final. All car seats, breastfeeding, diapering and potty product sales are also final due to safety, health and hygiene concerns. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that Tummies to Tots reserves the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return requirements.
For mail-in returns: 1. E-mail us at info@tummiestotots.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please write this authorization number on the mailing label when returning the goods to us and include a copy of the packing slip sent to you at time of purchase. 2. Repack the item(s) in its original box. 3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Tummies to Tots cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our store. 4. All messages, whether by phone or email, will be returned within two business days. A packing slip must be included with your return.
